I noticed my hair getting thinner almost a year ago. I have low progesterone levels (but testosterone and DHEA appear to be low). Once I got my ferritin levels up to 60-70 about 2 months ago, the shedding slowed down. Now it is back and worse than ever. This set back is obviously disappointing yet not surprising based on what most women on this site are experiencing. I was also just diagnosed with a a vitamin D deficiency. I'm hopeful that all of the supplements I'm taking will eventually help and still searching for a doctor that can help me find a solution that will work. On a positive note, this site has really helped me a lot!
