I don't even feel like myself..I look in the mirror and don't know who that is. I don't want to go out to much at all....as it progresses and people say they can't tell..it only angers me. The real people tell me they see how bad it is. I have purchased hair pieces with Sequence only to spend over $4,000 with BAD results! A waste of $$. I am totally obsessed with my hair, I had a huge amount of hair my whole life. I was one of the people they stopped and said how beautiful it is..I had massive ringlets..now I barely have a curl at all..just some frizz.I am just plain old ugly now..I want to hide.

I'm a 50 year old female. My hairloss started about 5 years ago . I was "diagnoised" with telegen efluvium..( spelt that wrong cause I hate the diagnosis). I have also been on Synthroid for 30 years. But...I have been having sereve menopause..for about 4 years. I was on estrogen..remembering a doctor I worked with told me any female over 50 with a great head of hair is on HRT. I went off the estrogen ..almost 4 months ago and my shedding is out of control...I think I have lost atleast 1/3 of what I had left in that time. So.....I decided to try Rogaine..again...knowing the shedding will increase..my feeling is I will be bald so if I increase it..oh well....it is the only thing that WILL..re grow hair if it will happen at all..what choice do I have:( All you have to do is look at me and the hair falls out in clumps, I watch my curls go down the drain when I shampoo...I just want to cry ..but why bother it won't change my situation.
