I don't have fun. I can't leave the house without spending an hour trying to come and style my hair so that my scalp doesn't show. I wear bandanas and baseball caps even inside. I stopped going to the beach, the gym, I'm careful to make sure I'm not in direct lighting from above or in direct sun light. I cry and feel inadequate. I am thinking about going for the wig now. I always have thought that if I had great hair my life would have been different.

About Me:
|
I'm 48 years old, mother of a grown daughter, wife of my best friend. We live in a small town in NC and we've been through a great deal of hardships in the past 12 years. But...we've supported each other and held each other up and God has blessed us in so many ways. I'm unemployed. I'm thankful to have found a website about women and hair loss.
