So..... layoffs didn't happen.
The rumor mill thinks it's been postponed til Friday. A week before Thanksgiving -- these people are just fucking cold-blooded.
But right now, I am focused on the most important thing in the world: what about my health insurance?
I'm gonna try the suggestion of calling my doctor and asking for a prescription that lasts a few months. Hopefully, I'll be employed again with health insurance.
On another note, it's been almost 3 weeks since I started using Revita, and I'm seeing more and more hair falling out every day.
It's been in the 100s, from the routine of washing my hair, drying, combing, untangling, applying Rogaine. I've been losing about 100 or 100+ strands of hair before I even leave my house in the morning.
I know 50 to 100 hairs a day is "normal," but since I'm just shedding and not growing any, it's a BIG ALARM going off in my head every morning.
This morning:
Hair loss during washing: 26
Hair loss during the combing/untangling: 51
Hair loss after applying Rogaine, and trying to style my hair so that I don't have bald spots showing: 25
Grand total: 103
And this is not counting hairs that might've been lost during the day..... or the one that just came out in my hand.
ugggggggggh.
Nothing is going right in my life. Losing all my hair like this is so gut-wrenching, so emotionally crippling. Ugh. I am in a serious state of depression.
