What Caused The Onset Of Your Hair Loss?:

How has your hair loss changed you?:
It has caused me to question myself and my impression on others. I spend a part of every day (though not evey minute of the day) sad and fearing what I will look like in 6 months and then again in 6 years. I do not go a week without at least some tears. am less confident and have retreated a bit socially. All my life I have been physically defined by my very thick and very curly hair. It is how everyone describes me and I would no go a day without a stranger commenting on my "amazing hair." With a larger than 50% loss it has been a difficult adjustment as I feel I have lost my "definition" and what made me special, unique and attractive.
