Hi P.A.,
I also have alopecia areata. I do not use anything anymore. I am just going natural to see what happens. I have a significant amount of bald spots but I am still seeing the regular re-growth that I saw with injections. I hope you find the comfort and support you need here. This is a fantastic place to meet other ladies with hair loss.
Welcome,
Lisa

Hello, I have alopecia areata also and I have found everyone here to be very kind and supportive. I'm going on my second year since I was diagnosed and my shedding is so much worse this time. I have patches all over. I am glad that I have found a place to talk about my hair loss with other women who truly understand what I am going through even though we may be losing our hair for different reasons. I'm sure you'll find support here as well. Did you find that Rogaine works for alopecia areata?
