I am still a work in progress--it has been a long three years and I fought hard to make my peace with hair loss. Finding a solution that's "good enough" has been crucial for me to move on with my life. There is a huge learning curve in wearing any piece. But once you have it down... your life will start looking up:)

I wore a topper for 1 and a half years and then had to transition into lace wigs as my hair loss sped up in a huge way. Recently I have gone back to wearing a topper but who knows how long that will last! Atleast I know that no matter what my hair decides to do, I have control over how I look!
I still have not shaved my head so I have become rather "crafty" in applying them. I admire those with the strength to shave it all off...I'm just not there yet. Admittedly, I am SUPER picky about my wigs which is funny considering my biohair was not great at all!
This has been an emotionally and financially draining journey but I have learned a lot along the way and I'm happy to share what I can! Over the course of two years I have discovered how much I love helping women restore their confidence and am offering services as well as a wealth of information about toppers and wigs in my group called "Hair It Goes" on Facebook.
